American Airlines is expanding its international flights and enhancing the travel experience for its customers. The Dallas-based carrier is gearing up to add new flights to Australia, Mexico, and more, providing travelers with additional options for global exploration.
Beginning on October 27, American Airlines is set to launch its longest nonstop flight within its network, connecting Dallas to Brisbane, Australia. The daily service will be operated on a Boeing 787-9 aircraft, featuring 51 Flagship Suite seats and 32 Premium Economy seats, offering passengers a comfortable and luxurious travel experience. This milestone route underscores the airline’s commitment to providing convenient and direct connections to key destinations.
The partnership with Australian carrier Qantas further enhances the travel possibilities for passengers, allowing seamless access to four major cities in Australia and New Zealand – Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland. Together, American and Qantas are expanding one of the most comprehensive networks connecting the United States and the South Pacific.
On the same day, American Airlines will also fly to Rio de Janeiro from Dallas, adding a daily service on a Boeing 787-8 aircraft. Additionally, starting June 12, the airline will introduce new flights from Dallas to Veracruz, Mexico, utilizing Embraer E175 aircraft. These routes not only enhance connectivity but also offer travelers more choices for international travels.
